bookings
All services are by appointment only.
To reserve time, a 15% deposit/booking fee will be charged. This payment is applied to your total balance due at the end of appointment.
cancellations
All appointments must be cancelled prior to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment(s).
If cancellation occurs with 24 hours or less the entire deposit/booking fee will not be refunded or transferred. Cancellations with 1 hour or less or no shows will be charged 100% of services booked.
repairs
Client has 72 hours from time of appointment for a repair service if something unusual occurs.
After the first 72 hours has passed, client is then responsible for cost of fill.
refunds
No refunds given on services rendered or products purchased.
Client is responsible for properly maintaining service results as recommended.
fills vs full set
For a service to be considered a fill, the client must have no less than twenty extensions per eye remaining.
If the client has fewer, the service is considered a full set.
Appointment may be rescheduled if there is not ample time to complete the needed service.
Be sure to book the appropriate appointment if you have shed more than usual. It is the client's responsibility to maintain their extensions as recommended. Retention is a direct result of proper care or lack thereof.
